Concurso gótico. Tale 5. Horror Story
Once upon a time, there was a little child who was a scaredy cat, even though he never was all out on his fears until one night. He asked his father to check his closet before going to bed, his dad was stranged by this, since he has never been scared of his room, the father showed him that no one neither something was there.
Days came along, and the lone parent was getting worried about his son’s fears, also getting tired of this nonsense he got into alcohol, driving himself into a more violent state. As nights passed away and his addiction grew with the time, and the loneliness was killing them both, the parent, and his child.
One night the child was gifted with a plushie, it was from his long death mother, and was something he got attached to quickly. But the fear stayed with him, he was always talking to his new friend (the plush) about the monster in the closet. At first, that didn’t bother his dad, but as sleep-less nights got through, a diabolical anger got to the father and eventually he exploded in wrath. With the child crying about the monster another time, his dad, long bored of this, tried to show him that there was nothing there. “LOOK SON!” He said as he pushed his son next to the closet- “THERE IS NOTH-”. Suddenly, he stopped. A truth far worse than any monster was there: His wife, and his son, both of them where lying there, and who he thought of his son, was in reality, Dr. Smith a psychologist in the Mancunium.
The real monster was there, just a mirror, which reflected the real monster, the one who turned his family and life apart, the greatest fear of the human, a human itself. Smith just prayed for the end of his pacient’s painful nightmare.
